1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is: FDS Media EOOD, San Stefano 23A, 1504 Sofia, Bulgarien, email: contact@fds-media.co.
2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in data centers located in Germany, under an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement. When you visit the site, our server automatically processes log data: IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent, and referrer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operational security). Logs are deleted after 14 days.
3. Waitlist
If you join our waitlist, we process your email address to inform you about cronplan's launch and product news. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected via double opt-in — you are only added after confirming the link in the confirmation email. To document consent, we store the timestamp and IP address of your signup (Art. 6(1)(f) in conjunction with the accountability principle, Art. 5(2) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting contact@fds-media.co.
4. Email delivery via Brevo
We use Brevo for waitlist management and email delivery. Provider: Brevo SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France. Processing takes place on servers within the European Union under an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement.
5. Analytics (Umami)
We use the self-hosted analytics software Umami to compile usage statistics. Processing takes place exclusively on our own servers in Germany; the analytics data is not shared with any third party. The measurement script is served from our own domain (first-party).
Umami sets no cookies, stores no information on your device, and does not read device characteristics (such as screen resolution or language settings). We process the page visited, the previously visited page (referrer), the page title, and an approximate country derived from your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored; it is used only to form a pseudonymous identifier that rotates daily.
This data is pseudonymous and does not on its own allow you to be identified; under data protection law it is nonetheless treated as personal data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics). Analytics data is deleted after 12 months.
You can object to this measurement at any time with future effect. We automatically honour a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal sent by your browser. You can also disable measurement directly here:

6. Contact and DPA requests
If you request a data processing agreement via our form or contact us by email, we process the data you provide (company, name, email, content of your request) to handle the request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. No cookies, no third-party content
This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party content (fonts, CDNs, or external tracking services). The analytics described in section 5 run cookie-free and without any access to your device. No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary: server logs 14 days, Umami analytics data 12 months, waitlist data until consent is withdrawn, requests until completed plus statutory retention periods.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — e.g. the authority of your habitual residence or the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, Sofia, which is competent for us.
10. Changes
We will update this privacy policy when our processing activities change. The version published here applies.
